1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CoinVault platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. CoinVault provides digital asset investment management services subject to the terms set forth herein.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using CoinVault, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- You are not a resident of any restricted jurisdiction
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service
- You have full authority to enter into this agreement
- All funds you deposit are lawfully owned by you
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Investment Plans
CoinVault offers four investment tiers: Starter ($100), Growth ($200), Professional ($500), and Elite ($1000). Each plan carries a defined lock-in period during which principal cannot be withdrawn. All investments carry risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Expected returns are projections and not guaranteed. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20), and USDT (ERC20) only. Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business hours subject to security verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and network fees apply. Lock-in periods must be satisfied before principal withdrawal.
6. Fees
CoinVault charges management and performance fees as disclosed at the time of investment. Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the user. Fees may be modified with 30 days' notice to active investors.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions violations
- Market manipulation or fraudulent trading activity
- Use of stolen funds or funds from illegal sources
- Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access
- Providing false identity documentation
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the CoinVault platform are owned by CoinVault or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CoinVault in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial services regulations, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
